Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions (CRM updates)
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into sales
  • Coordinate with marketing and support teams to improve sales performance
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction

    Educational Requirements
  • Minimum: Intermediate (FA / FSC / I.Com)
  • Preferred:
    • BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
    • B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
    • Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 1 experience in sales, marketing, or customer handling
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in software, IT, or service-based sales is a plus
  • Fresh graduates may also apply (for junior/intern roles)
  • Additional Requirements
  • Handle both indoor (office-based) and outdoor (field) sales
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
  • Conduct market visits for client meetings and product promotion
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
