About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated PHP/Laravel intern to join our development team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on real projects, contribute to production code, and gain professional experience under the guidance of senior developers. Exceptional performers will be considered for a full-time Junior Developer position upon completion.
You'll Get To:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs
- Work with MySQL databases, write efficient queries, and optimize performance
- Implement front-end components using Blade templating (Vue/React is a plus)
- Participate in code reviews and learn industry best practices
- Collaborate using Git version control
What We're Looking For:
- Fundamental knowledge of PHP (OOP, MVC architecture)
- Basic understanding of Laravel (or strong desire to learn)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Exposure to MySQL and relational databases
- Experience with Git version control
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Bonus: Any personal projects, GitHub contributions, or prior internship experience
